FrontPage 2000-Introduction
FrontPage 2000 enables us to create and maintain web pages using a WYSIWYG editor. Regardless of our knowledge of programming, FrontPage 2000 will enable us to create a full-blown Web page or site with all the bells and whistles. After learning the material in this tutorial, you will be able to use the FrontPage Explorer and create a Web page based on a FrontPage theme. You will also be able to Edit a web page, adjust text appearance, and learn how to format a page. Then you will be able to insert new pages into a Web site, and base the new pages on a FrontPage template. Finally, you'll learn how to add, and delete pages, and adjust the Navigational elements of our web pages using the Navigation view.
FrontPage 2000-Intermediate
In this tutorial you will learn about such FrontPage features as formatting web pages, customizing tables and adding sounds and images to a web page. This follows on from the Introductory module.
FrontPage 2000-Advanced
In this advanced module you will learn about creating forms and frames for your web page. You will also see how to add scrolling Marquees, and many of the bells and whistle features FrontPage 2000 has to offer.
FrontPage XP - Introduction
Using FrontPage, you can easily create and maintain a Web site that's dedicated to any subject under the sun. What's even better, FrontPage lets you work in a WYSIWYG or, ""what you see is what you get"" environment, meaning you don't have to master a new programming language to get started. This is your starting point if you are new to FrontPage 2002 / XP.
FrontPage XP - Intermediate
In this tutorial, you'll learn to edit page properties and add hyperlinks. It shows you how to add different images and sounds, and how to design tables. Finally, teach you how to edit Web documents. This tutorial assumes you're already able to navigate through the FrontPage program, create a Web site using templates, add and edit text and art, and access the online Media Gallery.
FrontPage XP - Advanced
In this tutorial, you'll build forms and frames
for your Web pages, plus you'll set up databases, organize your web files, and
finally publish your web site.
HTML 4-Volume 1
After learning the material in this course you will be able to start developing your own web page using plain HTML and understand Web source code. You'll be able to add text to the page, add formatting to that text, and use other programming tags to format your page. This is a good starting point for a fundamental understanding of HTML and you do not need any additional software like FrontPage to be able to produce a Web page.
HTML 4-Volume 2
After learning the material in this tutorial you'll know whether you want to program with or without a HTML converter or editor; and you'll be able to use one if you prefer it. You'll be able to add hyperlinks to a page, insert images, or even make a clickable image. Finally you'll be able to change the background of a Web page and manipulate its text.
Dynamic HTML-Volume 1
Once you've mastered the lessons in Dynamic HTML Volume 1, you'll be able to create a basic Web page consisting of Dynamic Hypertext Markup Language (DHTML). Specifically, you'll be able to use the tools that make HTML Dynamic and apply its framework. You'll be able to program using scripting options for both Internet Explorer and Netscape Communicator version 4.0 or later browsers. Finally, you'll be able to use scripts for the Dynamic Object Model, some Object-Oriented Scripting and apply basic data and variables manipulation.
Dynamic HTML-Volume 2
After learning the material in Dynamic HTML Volume 2, you'll be able to manipulate variables in JavaScript, use functions to group events and use loops to repeat events. You'll also be able to manipulate cascading style sheets by controlling font properties, the layout and element formatting. You'll also be able to add expandable outlines and element movement effects to embellish your Web page.
Dynamic HTML-Volume 3
After learning the material in Dynamic HTML Volume 3, you'll be able to create filters, transitions and effects on page elements. You'll also be able incorporate multimedia controls, add audio, video, bind data and learn about Extensible Markup Language (XML). Finally, you'll be able to use advanced features like ActiveX controls, Java Applets and completely assemble a Web page from scratch.
Programming JavaScript-Volume 1
After learning the material in this first JavaScript course, you'll be able to implement one of the most widely used programming languages available for enhancing and modifying Web pages. You'll learn how to identify and define JavaScript capabilities, work with script tags and list tools. Finally, you'll be able to define event handlers, inserting and updating date, define Web Widgets and modify scripts.
Programming JavaScript-Volume 2
After completing the lessons in this course, you will be able to create image rollovers, animations and slide shows. You will be able to use and set cookies and multiple cookies and retrieve information from them. You will also be able to display multiple pop-up windows and messages to the user. You will gain an understanding of debugging scripts and learn about built in debuggers. Finally, you will be able to identify and repair commonly encountered script problems.
Programming JavaScript-Volume 3
With Programming in JavaScript Volume 3, you will learn how to use JavaScript to validate forms, and create interactive Web Pages. You will learn about components, user information, encryption, layers, and functions. You will create HTML files, move layers, change properties, and create animations. Finally, you learn about time methods, event capturing, and using the offset method.
